Every year on the Dragon Boat Festival, Singaporeans also have the custom of dragon boat racing and eating dumplings. Among them, Nyonya Rice Dumpling is unique to Singapore's Dragon Boat Festival.

The unique spice "coriander powder" is served with soy sauce, carefully marinated the finest lean meat, and then mixed with sweet and refreshing winter melon sticks, and finally wrapped in a white crystal clear glutinous rice. This Nyonya dumpling is a speciality of Singapore ’s Dragon Boat Festival, and only Singapore can eat it.
