Throughout my study at Ngee Ann Polytechnic in the pursuit of the Diploma in Chinese Studies, Education track, I picked up and developed many different skills through many varieties of modules taken.

I have learned many different types of skills and knowledge that will benefit me when entering the workforce in the future. For example, skills and knowledge from Curriculum Design & Pedagogy can benefit me when I entered the education industry by knowing how to planned and designed curriculum for the students in schools. The modules assignment also allowed me to train my curriculum design skills by asking us to plan Chinese curriculum lessons for primary schools students and have a demo teaching lessons based on the curriculum we planned and designed.

Once being both the Class Representative and Module Representative for class, I have learned to be more responsible when helping and facilitate my lecturers and classmates. Some of my Representative responsibilities included collecting documents and assignments from classmate to submit to lecturers in charge, arranging consultation time slots, and help my lecturers to pass the message to my classmates.
